North Johnston High will be having a Class of 2020 Parade this Friday, May 29th. Graduates will arrive at Kenly Park no earlier that 4:45pm Friday and begin the parade in their cars at 5:30pm. The community is encouraged to watch the NJHS Graduates Parade along routes through Kenly, Micro and Pine Level. Citizens are encouraged to make signs, cheer, and take photos to share.
The parade will leave Kenly Park at 501 S. College Avenue at 5:30pm, then travel on Highway 222, left onto Highway 301 South of Kenly past North Johnston High. The parade will turn left on Main Street in Micro and then travel onto Micro-Pine Level Road into Pine Level, turning left onto Highway 70-A. The parade will end at Sam Godwin Park in Pine Level.
Seniors are asked to decorate their car, put on their cap and gown, roll down their windows and ride. Students should obey all traffic laws.
The community is encouraged to support North Johnston seniors by watching the parade and cheering the seniors.
