Brigette Renee Sanders, 58 was born April 17th, 1965, to the late Jimmy “Jimbo” Nelson Sanders and Rena “Renabell” Sanders in Brooklyn NY. Growing up Brigette would travel from Brooklyn, NY to Clayton, NC to spend her summer vacations with her cousins. She would later move from Brooklyn, NY to Clayton and then to Raleigh NC to be closer to her family and older sisters. Brigette was a friend to all and was known for her big heart and even bigger smile that would brighten up anyone’s day. She loved everyone around her. She went out of her way to let the people she loved know just how she felt about them with warm birthday wishes, checkups, and phone calls. Brigette loved to cook, dance, sing, and spend time with her grandkids. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her older sisters Phyllis Hinton and Theresa Hinton-Ward. She is survived by her two daughters; Anika Sanders and Nikki (Larry) McBride. Three grandchildren; Khalil Sanders, Ah’mara Sanders, and Zy’Riah McBride. One older sister; Marva Joe Hinton and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends
