Micro – Donald Ray Holland, age 79, passed away Saturday July 1, 2023 at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh. He was born in Johnston County on May 3, 1944 to the late Herman Donald Holland and Geraldine Brown Holland. In addition to his father and mother, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Rose Hafner Holland; a son, Donnie Holland; brother, Terry Holland.
The family will receive visitors at Parrish Funeral Home on Friday July 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home on Friday July 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow the service in Holland Family Cemetery.
Mr. Holland is survived by son, Kelvin Holland and wife Gayle of Selma; daughter, Doris Hoffman and husband Don of Republic, WA; son, Dean Holland and wife Lisa of Selma; son, Chris Holland of CA; son, Frank Holland of Micro; grandchildren, Heather Londian, Gabriela Hoffman, Robert Pierce, Kelvin Holland, Dylon Jacovitch, Katharina Tilley and husband Jeremy; many great grandchildren.
