Mrs. Doris Parker Jackson, age 93, a lifelong resident of Four Oaks, NC, went to be with the Lord, on Monday, June 27, 2022. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM, Friday, July 1, 2022 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks, NC. Rev. Sam Blackman will officiate. Burial will follow in Four Oaks City Cemetery in Four Oaks, NC.
Mrs. Jackson was born in Johnston County, NC on October 9, 1928, to the late Hunter H. and Francis Wallace Parker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard B. Jackson, brothers, Harding Parker, and Lindsey Parker, and a sister, Hazel Creech. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and was loved by all her family.
Survivors include her sons, Thomas Wayne Jackson and wife, Gail, Jeffrey Clark Jackson and wife, Laura, and Bryan Kent Jackson and wife, Jennifer; four grandchildren, Morgan Poston and husband, Michael, Taylor Jackson, Zachary Jackson and Katelyn Jackson; sisters-in-law, Betty Jane Ingram, Alice Gray House; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00PM-1:45PM, Friday, July 1, 2022 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to Beulah Hill Christian Church 1701 Keen Road, Four Oaks, NC 27524.
