Mrs. Elsie Taylor Wilder, age 70, of Clayton passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health in Clayton, NC. The family will hold private services.
Mrs.Wilder was born on February 14, 1951 in Johnston County, NC to the late Elsie Grant and Mildred Jones Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Frances Mitchell and brothers, Curtis Taylor and Donnie Taylor. Mrs. Wilder retired from the food service industry.
Surviving include her husband of 18 years, Jesse Robert Wilder, Jr., children, Tammy Jones and husband, Robbie of Zebulon, Gary Lee and wife, Janet of Four Oaks; Renee Clark and husband, Wayne of Benson, Ann Parrish and husband, Tim of Benson; step-son, Jeremy Wilder and wife, Julie of Ararat; five grandchildren and five step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Lucas of Lucama; several nieces and nephews.
