Jessie Boseman Murphy, age 72, died Saturday, April 2, 2022 in WakeMed of Raleigh. She was born February 4, 1950 in Wayne County to the late Charlie Braswell and Hazel Philyaw Boseman.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 9, 2022 at her home, 7679 Hinnant-Edgerton Road, Kenly, NC 27542.
Surviving are her husband, William B. Murphy; sons, William B. Murphy, Jr. and wife Kim of Lucama and Michael Murphy of Kenly; daughter, Crystal Lynn Murphy of Kenly; sister, Annette B. Saylor of Dudley; six grandchildren, Anthony Murphy, David Murphy, Jessica Barbee, Jordan Barbee, Mark Edgerton and Drake Edgerton and four great-grandchildren, Maci Murphy, Everly Murphy, William Horton and Owen Horton.
