Lee Douglas “Doug” Narron

Selma – Lee Douglas (Doug) Narron, age 82, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, after a brief illness. Doug was born on February 13, 1943, to the late Channie Earl and Lillie Mae Glover Narron, the last of their nine children. He was co-founder of N&N Electric, Inc. in 1987 and continued to work until his death.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years Diane Denby Narron; sons, Stephen D. Narron of Selma, Randy W. Narron of France, and Johhny L. Narron of Selma; grandchildren, Stephenie Narron of Selma, Marybeth Narron of Smithfield, Hailee, Hannah and Joel Narron of Leland, NC; great grandchildren, Damien Lightsey and Anya Narveson of Selma, Malakai Cox, Miyannah Narron and Masyn Henry of Smithfield and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Doug will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at McLaurin Funeral Home 12830 Clayton Boulevard, Clayton, NC. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 11:00am in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with an entombment following at Pinecrest Memorial Park Mausoleum, 12830 Clayton Boulevard, Clayton, NC.
