Angier, NC: Mrs. Lisa Nobling Smith, age 51, of Zack’s Mill Road died Sunday, February 26, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family after a long hard-fought battle of multiple sclerosis. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Dr. Elvin Butts. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Benson.
Mrs. Smith was born June 6, 1971 in Wake County to the late Jimmy Glen Nobling and Teresa Ann Clifton. She was preceded in death by her son, Drew Smith; maternal grandfather, Beeler Clifton; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Guynell Nobling; and father-in-law, Earl Smith. Mrs. Smith was a 1989 graduated of South Johnston High School. She worked for First Citizens Bank until her health no longer allowed. Mrs. Smith was a member of Friendly Chapel PFWB Church. She enjoyed cross stitching and being a mother.
Surviving are her husband, Ronald Smith; son, Tyler Smith, of the home; mother-in-law, Patricia Smith, of Angier; maternal grandmother, Ann Clifton, of Angier; sister, Nicole Rigsbee and husband, Everette; brother-in-law, Glenn Smith and wife, Caroline; and nephews, Cruzz, Eriss, Skeece Rigsbee, and Dalton Smith.
Family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 10:45AM on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home of Mrs. Ann Clifton.
