Lois Ann Hartnett Seekins, age 81, passed away Wednesday evening, April 6, 2022 in SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Born May 10, 1940 in Warren County, PA she was the daughter of the late Edward and Anna Grace Peterson Hartnett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Marion Seekins. Lois was a beloved mother and friend to all she encountered. Lois never was at a loss for words while with her friends and acquaintances and was loved by all she met. She is now reunited with her husband, Lawrence, in Heaven.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
Surviving are her son, Patrick Seekins and wife Jo of Cary; daughter, Toni Lakin of Fuquay Varina; and grandchildren, Nicole Lakin, Daniel Seekins, and Aaron Seekins.
