Mrs. Nancy Sue Stewart Norris, age 67, of Benson-Hardee Road, passed away on May 26, 2022 at Wake Medical Center in Cary, NC. Funeral Services will be held-11:00AM, Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC. Officiating will be Rev. Glenn McCullen. Burial will follow at Hodges Chapel Church Cemetery in Benson, NC.
Mrs. Norris was born in Harnett County on February 11, 1955 to the late Charlie and Ruth Allen Stewart. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Norris, Sr.; infant daughter; and brothers, Kenneth Wayne Stewart and William Charles Stewart.
Mrs. Norris practiced as a registered nurse for over 40 years and attended Benson Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church in Benson, NC. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Surviving includes her sons, Charlie Norris and wife, Victoria and Michael Norris and wife, Kammeron; grandsons, Carson Wayne Norris, Mason Leroy Norris, and Wyatt Lee Norris; brother, Harvey Ray Stewart and wife, Barbara; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM-8:00PM on Monday, May 30, 2022 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC and other times at the home of Charlie and Victoria Norris at 277 Benson-Hardee Rd. Benson, NC 27504. Flowers are welcome.
