Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Phyllis Ann Ledbetter, age 74, of Miller Road passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield. Funeral Services will be held-11:00AM Monday September 15, 2025 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Mr. Terry Ingram. Burial will follow in Allen Family Cemetery in Four Oaks.
Mrs. Ledbetter was born on February 11, 1951 in Johnston County. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vallie Lee Allen and her husband, Ricky Ledbetter. She retired after many years of waitressing at both Holt Lake Barbeque and Seafood and The Robbin’s Nest. Mrs. Ledbetter was hardworking and a warm and loving mother. She is now reunited with her mother, Vallie who she loved dearly. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her children, Terry Wilson Ingram and wife, Tonya, Ronnie Mike Ingram and wife, Becky, Paula Ann Evans and husband, Christopher, and Rocky Jackson Massengill; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Wilson Earl Lee; and lifelong best friend, Opal Byrd.
The family would like to thank the staff at Fresenius Dialysis Center in Four Oaks for their many years of loving care.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM prior to the service at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks.
