Phyllis Braswell Turnage, 78, of Selma passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024, at her daughter’s home in Raleigh. A native of Johnston County, she was born August 14, 1946, to the late David “Oscar” and Cindy Braswell.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2024, at 2pm, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Shirley Williams and husband, Marty; brother, Denny Braswell of Princeton; niece, Lisa Thomas and husband, Laverne, of Thomasville, NC.
Her family would like to express appreciation and thanks to those who have shown kindness and compassion during this time.
