It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Robert (Bo) Wayne Earnhardt, Jr., who left us on July 25, 2025, at the age of 66. Bo was a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend, whose kindness, humor, and unwavering love touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Born on July 18, 1959, in Guilford County, NC, Bo led a life filled with compassion, dedication, and remarkable resilience. He found joy in gardening and treasured the moments he spent sharing meals with friends at Kickback Jacks. For over 25 years, he was known to many simply as “UPS Bo” or “Bo the Man,” reflecting his pride in his work as a driver. Even as he faced the challenges of Rheumatoid Arthritis, which ultimately led to his retirement, he maintained an enduring spirit and left a lasting impact on his colleagues and friends.

In retirement, Bo embraced his love for the outdoors, spending countless enjoyable days at the ball field and fishing for king mackerel. He had a special gift for spreading joy wherever he went, and his ability to connect with others ensured he never met a stranger.

Bo is survived by his father, Robert Wayne Earnhardt, Sr. (Patricia); his beloved siblings: Tami Tart, Jeffery Earnhardt (Bernice), Ricky Earnhardt (Kellie), and stepbrother, Brad Dennis (Tammy); as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. His legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories will forever remain in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Patsy Earnhardt, and his sister, Cindy Lynn Earnhardt.

Bo’s warmth and generous spirit will be remembered by all whose lives he touched. As we navigate this sorrowful time, we find solace in knowing that he is at peace and will always live on in our hearts.
