Sandra Casey “Sandy” Narron, age 62, died Saturday morning, July 23, 2022, at her home. Born November 7, 1959 in Johnston County to the late Needham Horace and Louise Jones Casey, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Terry Casey and a grandson, James Arnold Narron, IV. Sandy retired from the State of North Carolina as a computer analyst after 30 years of service and was awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine by the Governor. Following her retirement from the state, she and James owned and operated James’ and Sandy’s Straw Business from their home for the last 16 years. She was a member of the Branch Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, James Arnold Narron, Jr., son, James Arnold “Jamie” Narron, III of Selma; daughter, Leslie Nicole Narron of Selma; brother, Danny Casey and wife Debbie of Pine Level and three grandchildren, Tristan Cheyenne Narron, Ariel Carolyn Narron and James Arnold Narron, V.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal services conducted. The family will be available at the home for any family or friends that would like to come by to pay respects.
