Clayton – Patrick Michael Donnelly, age 66, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022, in the SECU Hospice House of Smithfield, with his wife and daughter at his side. Born, July 4, 1956, he was a son of the late Bernard and Dolores Donnelly in Kingston, NY.
Patrick was a doting grandfather. He was always there for you when you needed him. Patrick loved motorcycles, gardening and partying. He was a good companion for long, aimless drives through the country, and porch-sitting in comfortable silence.
He is survived by his wife, Karon Donnelly, daughter, Sheena Donnelly (husband Lyle Sills) of Knightdale; brothers, Bernard Donnelly Jr. (wife Doris) of Cary, Bryan Donnelly (wife Leslie) of AL, Thomas Donnelly of AZ, and his granddaughter, Virginia Morris of Knightdale.
In lieu of flowers, have a shot of Jack Daniels in his memory.

I am so sorry to see Pat leave this world way too soon and much too young. I am glad you are no longer in pain. Prayers for comfort for Karon and Sheena. Rest in peace!
