Sandra Faye Tyner, age 74, passed away on August 21, 2023 at UNC Johnston Health in Clayton, NC.
Her funeral service will be held at West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel of Erwin on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 12 noon. The family will receive friends from 11am to 12 noon just prior to the funeral service. Burial to follow at Erwin Memorial Park in Erwin, NC.
