Shaquira Je’Quon Hall

    Shaquira Je’Quon Hall, daughter of Anthony and Teresa Joyner, was born in Kansas City, MO on May 26, 1992. She was called to eternal rest and departed this earthly life on Dec 23, 2022. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Myrna D. Hall.

    Shaquira, affectionately called “Quira” or “Pookie”, spent parts of her childhood in Temple TX, but was raised in Angier, NC where the love of family, education, work ethics, and religion were of the utmost importance. Shaquira received her education from the Johnston County Public School System, where she graduated from Clayton High School in 2010. With a love of children and an interest in business, Shaquira went on to pursue a college education. She earned a degree in Childhood Education from Wake Tech Community College and a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from UNC Greensboro. This education was the foundation for her starting her own business AKK Natural Skin care and more.

    Although diligent in her pursuits of business, Shaquira was a free spirit and enjoyed life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, dancing, and playing basketball. Shaquira was a person who showed strength in every area of her life. Shaquira also loved the Lord and attended Saint Paul Church of Christ in Wilson, NC. Shaquira’s pride was being a devoted and loving mother to her three daughters.

    To know Shaquira was to love her. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
