Benson, NC: Mrs. Theresa Lynn Naylor Jones, age 58, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, NC. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM-Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Revs. Donnie Barbour and Kim Strickland will officiate. Burial will follow in Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery, Benson, NC.
Mrs. Jones was born in Washington, DC to the late Huey William Naylor, Sr., and Elizabeth Tevepaugh Naylor. Mrs. Jones was a DSD Receiver with Food Lion in Dunn, NC with over 20 years of service. She was a member of Red Hill Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, Coats, NC. She loved God, her family, her pets, and will be remembered as a simple lady.
Surviving include her husband of 22 years, Joseph “Andy” Jones; children, Donna Jean Ridenhour, Jasmine Barbour and Logan Jones; grandchildren, Allison Barbour, Luke Barbour and Austin Barbour; brother, Huey William Naylor, Jr., and wife, Virginia “Carol” ; sisters, Terry Lynn Darden and husband, Danny, Betty Jean Hillestad and husband, Lee, and Marie Edith Kennedy; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:30PM-1:45PM, Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC and other times at the home of Donna Jean Ridenhour 5868 Plain View Hwy, Dunn, NC 28334.
