Four Oaks, NC: Ms. Vivian Corrine Trent, age 92, of Keen Road, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM-Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks. Rev. Sammy Langdon will officiate.
Ms. Trent was born on April 22, 1931 in Logan, West Virginia to the late Hayden Gibson and Pearl Harless Gibson. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Trent, her daughter, Sheryl Bannister, a sister, Kay Smith and brothers, Eric Gibson and Gordon Gibson. Vivian was a caregiver to the community.
Survivors include her children, Gary Ball of Ky, Herbert Ball and fiancé Brenda Jones of Smithfield, Jack Ball and wife, Rose of Ky., Hayden Ball and wife, Donna of Princeton and Vivian Johnson and husband, Greg of Willow Spring; brothers, Hayden (Toby) Gibson and Larry Keith Gibson; thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 12:45PM, Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC.
