Selma- Agnes Leigh Creech Faucette, age 100, died Saturday, October 26, 2019 in the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Born January 6, 1919 in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late Ira and Emma Massey Creech. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Faucette; sister, Marie Hinson; and brother, Thurman Creech. Mrs. Agnes was a member of Micro Original Free Will Baptist Church in Micro.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Casey officiating. Burial will follow in the Pearce Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home just prior to the service.
Surviving are her children, Lynda Pittman of Micro, Donna Miles and husband Richard of The Villages, FL, Jesse Lee “Jess” Faucette, Jr. of Charlotte, and Emma Melton of Selma; sister, Emaline Burgess of Micro; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild
