Angier, NC: Mrs. Alice Faye Parrish Weaver, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM-Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats, NC. Rev. David Denton will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM-2:45PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier, NC.
Mrs. Weaver was born on February 20, 1936 in Johnston County to the late Willie Hubert and Bessie Hargis Parrish. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Owen Eugene Weaver and Charles Walton Weaver, son, Tony Eugene Weaver, sister, Hilda Mae Johnson, brothers, Bobby Parrish, and Ricky Parrish and a nephew, Stacy Johnson. Mrs. Weaver retired from Gerber Textiles and was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Angier, NC.
Surviving are her daughter, Joy Frost and husband, Dennis; grandson, Scott Frost and wife, Linda, great-grandsons, Cruz Frost and Cortez Frost; grandson, Shane Frost and wife, Nicole, great-granddaughter, Natalie Frost; sister, Linda Williams and husband, Aubrin; sister-in-law, Merle Parrish; nephew and family, Jason Butler and wife, Tonya, Jamie Butler and JT Butler.
