Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. April Barbour Jackson, age 35, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM-Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Barbour’s Chapel Advent Christian Church, Four Oaks, NC. Mr. Rodney Barbour and Rev. Rodney Brittain will officiate. Internment will follow in the church cemetery.
April was born on March 29, 1986 in Johnston County. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Earl and Helen Strickland. She was a homemaker and attended Barbour’s Chapel Advent Christian Church, Four Oaks, NC. April loved to hunt, fish, going to the beach, her dogs and especially her daughter, Aubreney.
Surviving include her husband of 11 years, Billy Jackson; daughter, Aubreney Hope Jackson, parents, Keith and Mae Barbour; sisters, Holly Melchor and Ashley Barbour; paternal grandparents, Willis and Maylon Barbour; many aunts, uncles, cousins.
The family will receive friends from 1:45PM-2:45PM, Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Barbour’s Chapel Advent Christian Church, Four Oaks, NC.
In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W’s.
