Beaulah Mae Terry Hines was born August 2, 1931 to the late Robert Haley Jr. And the late Luevenia Terry. She was educated in the Johnston County Public School System. She married her sweetheart at the age of 18 and six wonderful children were born. She was employed in her early years before becoming a full-time wife and mother. She began her Christian journey at Mitchener Memorial Baptist Church. Later on, she decided to move her membership to Sanders Chapel OFWB Church.
Beaulah was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Hines Sr; her 2 sons, Chester Jr and Gerald Lamont Hines; and her siblings, Thomas, Lathan Earl Terry and Pearlie Lucille Sanders.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her children: Anthony DeCarire Hines Sr. (Annt) of Virginia, Gederick Landor Hines of the home, Benita Hines Griffis of Clayton and Gregory Lavon Hines of Smithfield; one brother, Howard Lee Terry Sr. (Mae) of Washington, DC; ten beloved grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Also she leaves one patriot, Landus Woodrow Terry.
