Ms. Brenda Roland transitioned from earth to her heavenly reward on Saturday April 7 at her residence surrounded by the love of family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Edith McCormick, and her brother, Earl McCormick. Brenda leaves to cherish her memories, one brother, Kenneth McCormick (Rhonda McCormick), one sister Margo Pendergraft (Owen Pendergraft), one son Jimmy Blume, two daughters Diane Irby (Walter Irby) and Rena Blume, three Grandchildren, Kandance Rose, Joshua Pullium and Buddy Irby, one Great Grandson Braylon.
She was born in Roxboro, NC. She lived most of her life in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While living in Philadelphia she waited tables. She currently was residing in Willow Springs, NC with her niece Jennifer Williams and her husband Jesse Williams. She loved reading books, listening to music and cutting jokes.
Service will be held on April 15th, 2018 at 3:00. Prospect Free Will Baptist Church. 783 Prospect Church Rd. Dunn, NC.
