Selma – Bridgette Jeanette Stewart, age 56, died Sunday, March 24, 2019 at her home. Born July 31, 1962 in Johnston County she was a daughter of Brenda Pender Sheets of Selma and the late Bobby Elmer Stewart. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Rex Sheets.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma. A private service will be conducted on Thursday March 28, 2019 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her daughter, Jessica Zylicz and fiancé Michael Hatcher of Selma; brothers, Jeff Stewart and fiancée Dena Hair of Selma, and Glenn Sheets and wife Kristie of Princeton; sister, Bobbie Sue Barbour and husband Michael of Smithfield; seven nieces and nephews; and three great nieces and nephews.
