Mr. Carl Richard Scharf, Sr., age 84, of 2722 Spring Forest Road passed away on June 13, 2021 at his residence.
Mr. Scharf was born on April 9, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Carl and Marion Bieber Scharf. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Scharf; son Carl Richard Scharf, Jr; and grandson, Steven Jolliff. He retired from General Motors Proving Grounds.
Survivors include his daughters, Laura Force and husband Rodney, Debra Paris, Linda Black and husband Gregory, and Denise Martin; step-daughters, Amy Delay and Cheryl Block and husband Clifford; brother, Gary Scharf; sister, Janice Dumka; 13 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 1 step-great grandchild.
