Mr Cecil was a very respected, loved and cared for Christian man who greatly enjoyed helping his son Greg at his shop, socializing all the while. Pop loved his church family dearly where he continued to wear a suit and tie and attended as much as he could even during his illness. G-Pop served as deacon in his church and served in any way needed. Pa (Potty) grew up on a farm outside of Pine Level and loved the outdoors, fishing, chopping wood, etc. ,as he was a farmer at heart. Daddy loved to ride around commenting on how beautiful each field of corn, beans, etc was. He never met a stranger and could strike a conversation up with anyone he met. Daddio spoke of everyone’s good qualities. He was a hard worker still chopping grass in his garden and in his yard, keeping it neat and tidy. Daddy was proud of his work with Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Pepsi Bottling Company and Mountain Dew Warehouse. All of his supervisors and co-workers respected, trusted and loved him. Most of all, he loved his family including his nieces, nephews, and cousins. Cecil is a Christian, loves his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and was a witness for his Lord.

He is now with his beloved Savior in Heaven and his sweet Etholea (Lucy). He wants you to join him one day! As Daddyhas done on many occasions, he told others about Jesus, and he would say “I love you and I always have, just wanted you to know that!”
