Benson, NC: Mr. Charles Rayvon “Pete” Norris, Sr., age 80, of Benson Hardee Road passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Memorial Services will be held 3:00 P.M.-Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Rev. Pete Norris will officiate.
Mr. Norris was born on October 10, 1941 in Johnston County to the late Lester Franklin and Conealia Elizabeth Norris. He was a retired farmer.
Surviving include his wife of 60 years, Judy Norris of Benson; sons, Pete Norris and wife, Anita of Goldsboro, Gary Norris and wife, Jennifer of Sims; grandchildren, John Thomas Norris and wife, Ashley, Kasey Raye Norris, Desi Norris, and Tyler Norris; brother, Billy Ray Norris and wife, Ada of Benson; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service and other times at the home.
In lieu of flowers; memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
