A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home.
Surviving are his fiancée, Anna Leigh Hammons; daughters, Adalyn Elise Hammons and Arabella Jain Smith, all of the home; brothers, Derrick Douglas and Marcus Smith, both of Pittsburgh, PA; and sisters, Dominique Smith of Hooverville, PA and Desiree Smith of Greensburg, PA.
