Princeton – Dennis Lee Richardson, age 58 passed away Tuesday June 9, 2020. He was born in Johnston County on December 11, 1961 to the late Roy Lee and Jean Smith Richardson. In addition to his parents Mr. Richardson is also preceded in death by his nephew, Gary Wayne Stokley. A celebration of life will take place in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Selma, NC 3 PM Sunday June 14, 2020. The family will receive visitors between 2 PM and 3 PM on Sunday. Burial will follow at Selma Memorial Gardens. Mr. Richardson is survived by wife of 21 years, Teresa Langley Richardson, of the home; Sister, Debra Stokley and husband Gary of Wilson; niece, Renee Stokley; Step son, William David Farmer and wife Shirley of Princeton; Step grandchildren, Damon and Juliana Farmer; Step great grandchildren, Brantley Farmer, Adriana Farmer – Odom, Rhett Laprade; Canine companion, Rocko. Mr. Richardson was a long time member of the Snow Hill and .Wilson Moose Lodge and served their organization in many capacities. He was also an APA Pool league member and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything to do with racing.
