Durwood Dale Davis, 41, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Vidant Health Care in Greenville. He was born in Wilson County on October 2, 1978 to Aaron Gene and Diane Stanley Davis. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations, Princeton, NC 27569 with the Reverend Brandon Edwards officiating. The burial will take place in the Kenly Cemetery, Kenly, NC on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 10:00 am.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.
The family suggest that everyone feel free to wear the Carolina blue colors or wear UNC attire to the services.
He is survived by his parents, Aaron Gene and Diane Stanley Davis; brother and sister-in-law, Tony Davis and wife, Jennifer of Selma; and a niece, April Davis.
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggest that memorial contributions be made in Dale’s memory to the Johnston County Special Olympics, 120 Pet Rock Court, Clayton, NC 27520
