Smithfield – Edward Foushee “Ed” O’Berry, III, died early Thursday morning, March 22, 2018 at his home. Born August 26, 1952 in Suffolk County, VA, he was a son of the late Edward Foushee O’Berry, III and Jean Moore O’Berry. Ed was a retired Insurance Salesman.
A private service is planned for a later date.
Surviving are his wife, Sandra Long O’Berry; step-daughter, Lee Pruette, her husband Blair and their son, Lander Pruette all of Cary; sister, Carolyn O’Berry Whitfield of Vanceboro and a nephew Alexander O’Berry of Jefferson City, MO.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Public Library of Johnston County & Smithfield, 305 East Market Street, Smithfield, NC 27577.
