Survivors include his children, Shanon Turlington, Brad Wicker and wife, Christina, and Amanda Collins; parents, Jackie V. Turlington, Sr. and wife, Linda and Carolyn Grimes Turlington; brothers, Paul Turlington and Matthew Lee Turlington; ex-wife, Sandy Turlington; and aunt, Betty Forisha.
