Four Oaks, NC: Ms. Janie Marie Meadows, age 65, of US 301 South passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at her daughter’s residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M.-Thursday, November 18, 2021 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Rev. Richard Whitman will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Benson.
Ms. Meadows was born on July 5, 1956 in Delaware to the late Hiram and Nancy Young Meadows. She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Whitman; and a brother, David Meadows. Ms. Meadows retired from textiles.
Surviving include her daughter, Tammy Snead of Dunn; grandchildren, Wyland Snead, Mikayla Snead, and Lauren Snead; brothers, Jeff Meadows of Benson, Robin Mills of Smithfield; sister, Kathy McLamb of Benson; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 10:45AM Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson prior to the service and other times at the home of her daughter, Tammy Snead.
