Selma – Joseph Glenn Aycock, Jr., age 77 passed away September 24, 2021 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. He was the son of the late Joseph Glenn Aycock and Bethany Elmore Aycock.
He was employed by the NCDR for 30 years and then he owned Joe’s Upholstery in Smithfield.
He is survived by wife, Carolyn Gordon Aycock of the home; daughter, Stephanie Hough and husband Adam of Kenly; grandchildren, Blake and Abbie Hough; step son, Tim Keene and wife Stephanie of Princeton; step granddaughter, Logan of Princeton; step grandson, Jordan of Mt. Olive; and step great grandson, Cade of Princeton.
Flowers are welcome but memorials can be made to Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church – Attn: Frances Pope 790 Zelma Rd. Kenly NC 27542 or to the Johnston Health Foundation PO Box 1376 Smithfield, NC 27577 Attn: Hospice Fund.
A graveside service will be conducted in Selma Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Sunday September 26, 2021 at 3 PM.
