Four Oaks: Mrs. Josephine L. Raynor, age 85, of 213 Keen Rd passed away Friday at her residence. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM Wednesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel, Four Oaks. Revs. Ricky Byrd, Sherwood Lassiter and Billy Nowell will officiate. Burial will follow in Barbour’s Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery, Four Oaks.
Mrs. Raynor was born April 17, 1932 in Johnston County to the late Joseph H. and Neva Jordan Lassiter. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Coleman Raynor; brothers, Kenneth Earl Lassiter, Billy Lassiter and Paul Lassiter. Mrs. Raynor retired after 33 years of service with Johnston Memorial Hospital and Block Industries. She was also a member of Barbour’s Chapel Advent Christian Church.
Surviving are daughters and son-in-law, Wanda R. Daughtry and husband, Luther of Garner, Vicky Raynor of Four Oaks; grandson, Jeff Daughtry of Garner; sister, Shelby L. Dudley of High Point; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC Tuesday from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM and other times at the home.
