Kay Frances Overby 66 yrs. Old passed away on January 12, 2021, at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport News, Va. Born on Sep 25, 1954, to the late Emmer Louise Jackson and Mr. Robert King. She attended grade school in Johnston County. She later continued her education to become a Healthcare worker for more than 20 years. She was a faithful child of God, an active Church member with a compassion to help others in need.
She is survived by her Son – Earl Overby of (Newport News, VA), Brother – Joseph H Jackson of (Newport News, VA), partner Katherlene Mays of (Newport News, VA) preceded by her sister Pennie Irene Williams, nephew – Charles, and Eloise Jackson of (Maryland), niece – Sarah and David Chism of (Kansas), niece – Rhonda Dunston of (Selma, NC) preceded by her nephew – Leon Jones, preceded by her niece – Brenda Williams. She has — a host of other relatives and friends.
