Marvin Douglas “Doug” Crocker, age 63 of Pine Level passed away at his home on Saturday, June 3, 2017. Born in Johnston County on November 2, 1953, he was the son of the late Marvin and Gretha Mae Barefoot Crocker. Doug was an avid gardener, growing and selling lots of produce. He also loved his dogs and cats.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 7, at 4:00 pm in the Crocker Cemetery near Pine Level with Rev. Craig Langdon officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery Wednesday from 3:30 to 4:00 pm, just prior to the service and at other times at the home of Charles and Rose Morgan, 1117 Davis Mill Rd., Pine Level, NC.
Surviving are his brother, Jeff Crocker and wife Marie of Pine Level, as well as many other family and friends.
