Selma – Mary Florence Hill Brown, age 85, died Sunday, September 29, 2019 at her home.
Born August 26, 1934 in Johnston County to the late Willie Clyde and Mary Etta Creech Hill,
she was the widow of Jimmy Roger Brown, who died July 25, 2014.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral
Home with the Rev. Terry Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Crocker Cemetery.
Surviving are her son, Roger Brown and wife Gina of Atlantic Beach; daughter, Fay Brown of
Selma; brother, Alton Ray Hill of Selma; two grandchildren, Jeremi Brown and Justin Brown,
two step-grandchildren, Jazz Davila and Christina Davila and two great grandchildren, Cora
Leigh Brown and Elervee Grace Rumsey.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. just prior to the service.
