Mrs. May Frances Riba, age 79, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health in Clayton, NC. The family will be holding a private memorial service.
Mrs. Riba was born in Memphis, Tennessee on June 10, 1941 to the late David and Luella Clements Willard. She was preceded in death by her son, Carol Riba and a brother, DJ Willard. Mrs. Riba was a retired bookkeeper for Trademark Realtors.
Surviving include her husband of 61 years, Lawrence Riba; children, Lawrence Riba, Jr. and wife Sue, Traci Carithers and husband, Jeffery, and Jonathan Riba and wife, Tracy; grandchildren, Michael Carithers, Matthew Carithers, Katelynn Carithers, Travis Riba, and Eden Riba; great-grandchildren, Evelyn Carithers, Owen Carithers, and A. J. Beckwith; sisters, Ann Overton and Betty Deminson; brothers, Michael Willard and Robert Willard; several nieces and nephews.
