Phillip Lee Willoughby, Jr., “Phil Jr.” age 46, died Friday, November 27, 2020. Born August 7, 1974 in Johnston County he is the son of Jo Ann Futch of Zebulon and the late Phillip Willoughby, Sr. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his stepfather, John Roy Futch.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2020 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kenly Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his sisters, Lee Ann Willoughby of Middlesex, Amy Fannin and husband Cary of Zebulon, and Kristen Futch and husband Carlos of Wilmington; nieces, Kaitlyn, Chloe, Kaylee, and Brooklyn; nephews, Matthew Antonio; and significant other, Michelle Pinkston.
