    Raleigh, NC: Mr. Randy Ray Creech, age 59, of Hickory Road died Friday, April 9, 2021, at Wrightsville Beach, NC surrounded by his loving family. Graveside Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson. Officiating will be Dr. Randy Carter of New Hope Baptist Church in Raleigh.

    Randy was born February 6, 1962 in Wake County to Marlene Morgan Creech of Raleigh and the late Billy Ray Creech. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Carson and Ida Lee Morgan; and his paternal grandparents, Edgar and Lucy Godwin Creech. Randy lived his whole life in Raleigh. He graduated from Millbrook High School and attended Wake Technical Community College. Randy started his career with Biomedical Home Care in Raleigh where he was responsible for medical equipment inventory and delivery. In 1997, he began work at Parker Poe Law Office, where he has been for 24 years as a courier/mail clerk. Randy’s passions included, NASCAR, NC State and Carolina Basketball.

    Surviving in addition to his mother are; sister, Dianne Kapherr and husband, Joey of Creedmoor; nephews, Will Kapherr and wife, Lindsey of Creedmoor, Allen Kapherr and wife, Rebecca Purvis of Wilmington, NC; great-nephew, Lane Kapherr; two loving aunts, cousins, and many friends.

    The family will receive friends from 12:30PM to 1:30PM on Wednesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson prior to the graveside service.

    In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are required for all services.
