Angier, NC: Mr. Robert Morris Kingan, Jr., age 60, of W. Paige Wynde Drive, died Sunday at his residence. Memorial Service will be Monday, May 22, 2017, 2:00PM at Aversboro Baptist Church, Garner, NC. Officiating will be Dr. Whaley. Private Graveside Service (family only) will be conducted by Dr. McDaniel, Wednesday, May 24, 2017, 1:00PM at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.
Mr. Kingan was born September 6, 1956 in Wake County to Robert Morris Kingan, Sr. of Henderson and Trudy A. Franks of Garner. He was a Deputy Federal Security Director with Homeland Security TSA, Raleigh, prior to this retirement.
Surviving in addition to his parents include wife, Kay B. Kingan; step-mother, Anne Kingan of Henderson; step-father, Connie Mack Franks of Garner; step-son and step-daughter-in-law, Rob and Cyndi Murray of Willow Spring; step-grandchildren, Alex and Katie Murray; sister and brother-in-law, Sonya and Wes Wycoff of Garner; niece and nephew.
