Ronnie William Sasser, 55, passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon at his home.
Ronnie was born in Wilson County on January 14, 1963 to Ronald Gray Sasser and the late Delores Overbee Sasser. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a master welder that could take a piece of equipment and reconstruct it until it was better than the factory had made it.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service. A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the Pittman Family Cemetery in Kenly with the Rev. Andy Stovall officiating.
In addition to his father, Ronnie is survived by his wife Teresa Barbee Sasser; son Randy Fowler and wife Justine of Weaverville, granddaughter, Rosalyn Fowler (Rose); Aunt, Martha Marlow of Wilson; and his special brother, Keith Pittman and wife Pam of Kenly and their daughters Kimberly and Miranda.
