Wilson – Rowe Ann Mitchell Hooks, age 68 passed away Wednesday October 30, 2019 at her home in Wilson. Born in Johnston County December 7, 1950 to the late Willy and Lillian Edward Mitchell. In addition to her parents Mrs. Hooks is also preceded in death by a child, Leah Nicole. A funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home Saturday November 2, 2019 at 11 AM with burial to follow at Grace Baptist Church Cemetery in Princeton. Mrs. Hooks is survived by husband of 46 years, Robert Hooks of Wilson; Son, Jeremy Hooks and wife Pamela of Raleigh; Daughters, Jeanna Hooks of Wilson, Julie Finch and husband Lee of Wilson; Brothers, Mike Mitchell of Monticello, KY, Dennis Mitchell of Princeton; Grandson, Ford Hooks. Mrs. Hooks was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Selma. She was a long time care giver and enjoyed spending time at the beach and with her grandson Ford.
