Four Oaks, NC: Ms. Sandra C. Brannon, age 77, of NC Hwy 96 South, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health Hospital in Smithfield surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM-Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks, NC. Burial will follow in Hills of the Neuse Memorial Gardens in Smithfield. Rev. Cameron Peedin will officiate.
Ms. Brannon was born on May 9, 1943 in New York to the late William Rudolph Cadogan and Helen Williams Baxter. She retired from the Pennsylvania Public School System as an art teacher.
Surviving include her children, Debbie Stroud and husband, Todd of Four Oaks, Anthony Brannon and wife, Tina of Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Courtland Stroud, Kristin Cremer and husband, Nico, Alexandra Stroud, Michael Brannon, Elijah Stroud and wife, Abigail; great-grandchildren, Liliana Stroud, Shoshana Stroud, Nova Stroud; sister, Merril Cooper and husband, Michael of Delaware; brother, Ronald Cadogan of Delaware; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 1:45PM-2:45PM-Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC prior to the funeral service and other times at the home.
In Accordance with NC-COVID -19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are required for all services and all COVID 19 protocols will be followed.
