SELMA – Sandra Bissette Potter, age 61, went to her heavenly home on Monday night, June 5, 2017 in the SECU Hospice House surrounded by her family following a brief battle with cancer. Born March 22, 1956 in Wilson County she was a daughter of Bobby Lee Bissette of Four Oaks and the late Dorothy Ann Wilson Bissette. Sandra was an in home CNA for over 20 years.
The family will receive friends Friday evening at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Dana Jackson, 193 Silver Tee Court, Selma, NC 27576. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, June 10, 2017, in the Temple Baptist Church in Selma with the Rev. Rodney Pearce officiating.
Surviving, in addition to her father are her sons, Phillips Anthony Jackson and wife Dana of Selma and their sons, Austin Britt, Dylan Jackson and Cameron Jackson and Bryan Nathaniel Potter of Florida; sister, Bonnie Mendoza of Selma and special friend, Beth Cannon of Selma.
