Coats, NC: Mrs. Sandra Poole Trogdon, age 76, of 606 N. Orange Street died Friday, March 1, 2019 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Coats. Rev. Jimmy Newkirk will officiate. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier.
Mrs. Trogdon was born November 7, 1942 in Harnett County to the late D. Lentis and Inez Causey Poole. She was preceded in death by her sons, David Trogdon, and William “Fate” Trogdon. Mrs. Trogdon retired from National Cash Register as a office manager and was a member of Coats Baptist Church in Coats.
Surviving include her son, Robert Lentis Trogdon; granddaughters, Amanda Trogdon and Logan Trogdon both of Raleigh, NC; great-grandchildren, Caiton Guy of Coats, Emerson Caggiano, Avalena Caggiano and Owen all of Raleigh, NC, Aurora-Rose and Adelia-Marie Lopez, both of Raleigh, NC; companion of 40 years, Robert Ivey; nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Tuesday March 5, 2019 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats.
