Our beloved Mom, Grammy, and “Susie,” age 79 of Smithfield, NC went peacefully to her heavenly home on February 3rd, 2019.
She was the cherished mother of Beth Walker (Bryan) and Jeff Plowman, and treasured “Grammy” to Garrison and Olivia Walker.
All who knew Susan loved her dearly and will never forget her tenacity, wit, charm, and sass, and her undying love and care for her family and friends as well as her Heavenly Father.
A visitation will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Smithfield from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, February 5th, and a Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, February 6th at First Presbyterian Church in Smithfield. Friends and family can be received at other times at 210 E. Holt Street, Smithfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SECU Hospice House of Smithfield or First Presbyterian Church of Smithfield.
