Tammy Louise Worley, 54, of Princeton passed away on Thursday evening, July 9, 2020. She was born on October 1, 1965 in Washington DC to Annie Mae Willoughby Darden and the late Burnice Ray Worley. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Beverly Starr Worley and Teresa Lynn Worley. A private service will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel with Reverend Dennis Pollock and Reverend Sheila Price officiating. A private burial will take place on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in the Kenly Cemetery in Kenly.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations in Princeton.
Tammy had a very special relationship with her work family. She enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and going to the mountains. She loved people and especially children and was a very giving person.
She is survived by her mother, Annie Mae Willoughby Darden; brothers, Steve Worley and wife, Laurie of Raleigh, Alan Worley and wife, Monica of Kenly, and Jason Darden and wife, Tara of Kenly; sister, Frankie Tart and husband, Harvey of Clinton; nephews, Dustin Worley, Steven Worley, Geoffrey Tart, and Richard Reavis; nieces, Katie Worley, Betsey Tart, Addison Darden, and Jennifer Reavis; great nephews, Camden W., Ayden, Gehrig, and Camden L; and her special canine companion, Bo.
